The RNS510 works in almost all actual VW's and of course, in the MkV.

You can use the same DVD as for the MFD-DVD

are you sure I can use the same disk??? The V3 disk from MFD2??

ja, der einzige unterschied laut ceramicax ist das kabel fürs radio.
np des navis soll um die 3600€ betragen. sehr heftig!

yes, you can install it such as an MFD2, only radio antenne connection is different. anybody knows the connector's part number ???

i had this Numbers of the DVD`s.It´s a part number from the new Touran
1TO.919.859
1TO.051.859
but the Problem is that DVD`s are not to order at the moment.

The connector for the GPS is
4E0 035 672 K

I had the same connector and its work perfekt.

i've mounted my new rns510 but i can't activate navigatino functions because I still haven't got my dvd disk. When I push Map button, I only see like a "TV without signal" is that ok?? Anyone can help me??

yes it's ok..,because you don't have the Orginal VW Navi DVD for the RNS510!
in the moment you can't buy the DVD because not available..,i also wait for the dvd and I'll get it next week.
