(english) HPA FT575 Twin-turbo installed... HGP

I have been driving my USA-spec R32 with its HPA's FT575 Twin-Turbo build. At its core... the HGP basis offers a lot, but HPA included their own modifications; 750cc injectors / fuel-rail, 4-inch exhaust, and Evolution V-Flow intake, among other things I am forgetting....

The gasoline available here is inexpensive, but very poor quality. Especially in winter. My car is running only 16PSI (1.1 bar) until I can fabricate and install a water/methanol solution over the next 3-4 weeks. Then I will run 19PSI (1.3 bar)...

here we have high quality gasoline ... that's an advantage! Me personally, drive with 100 octane of Shell (V-Power), but at the moment 1 Liter (~ a third of a gallon) costs me 1.90 US$ ... *roll* *roll*
But if you drive a "racing car" like your's, I think it is not intelligent to save costs with oil and gasoline. :great:

I think you are one of them who don´t can get enough power

I drive the 750cc injectors and a bigger fuel rail as the 515hp stage!
At the moment with 1,3 bar!
That´s the limit and in a few weeks the software will be controlled and finished!
But the car is running realy great 8)

The 4 inch plant together with the conversion is simple hpa genial.
May I ask you what the entire conversion cost? Times I would be very interested.

What is the cost of domestic Gas with you?

I can't say what the conversion cost because it was a very complicated deal. I had a single-turbo (FT450) before and most of those parts were traded-in. Then, in addition, I am building a new website for them... in exchange for cheaper parts/labor in many instances.

The cost of Gas here is $3.80/gal for Shell 93oct, so for 15-gallons (almost empty) it's just $57 US. (36-Euro!) However, our gasoline is heavily watered-down with Ethanol... up to 10%, especially in winter. This causes a huge problem with cars like mine!

I can get 101oct VP Unleaded Race fuel locally for $7.99/gal... but it's not available everywhere, so you cannot rely on having it. That is about $120 US (76-Euro) to fill with.
