At least you should talk to the other providers: to Mike Rothe from Rothe Motorsport and to Ronald @ vr6specialist.nl to get some more impressions. VR6specialist might be the nearest provider for you, I guess that is a true advantage (IMHO) :great:

Well, HGP got lots of work so maybe it took you too long to make your decision and contract Mr. Gräf, they get many inquiries. They are doing MKV buildups right now. But anyway, keep reaching if you really like to get a HPG turbo system. It can't be that difficult to get HGP on the line, they are busy in marketing.

Yes, I'm afraid Mr. Gräf thinks I'm just wasting his time...
But then again, if he wants to sell his turbokits, he has to answer questions from potential buyers! If I'm about to pay him more than 30000,-Euro for a turbokit, I expect him to answer any question I might have! I quess HGP is just a bit too busy for their size of company. I'm sure the mkV customers are standing in line to get their R's turboed.

Regarding Rothe motorsport. I have never heard any feedback from anyone that actually have their kits running?

Anyone in here running Rothe turbo on an R32 mkIV..??

(Thank you all, for any input you might have given me...)

There is always a way, watch your temper. ;)
Im quite astonished to hear that mr. gräf didn replay to your m@il for a long time but right now i understand cuz they are working at the limit of their capacitiy right now.
last week HGP was preparing 5 cars at the same time, 2 others to go.
this week there is also a difficult task to be managed as far as I got him right.
they r working double shift @ weekend, even saturday late in the evening...

so dont get it wrong if nobody answers your mail...

why dont u just call that number: +49 7023 72462
tomorrow 9 or 10 AM?!
Im sure somebody will be there for you.

Sorry, please don't get me wrong. I'm not angry with anyone, trust me.
I'm just a little disapointed that I haven't heard anything. If they are busy, that's just great and I would expect them to be, because they sell an amazing product. But I still think there ought to be time to throw back an email saying "We are very, very busy at the moment, but we will return to You as soon as possible." That would have explained everything and I would have known that they had recieved my email, fax or whatever.

Believe me, I'm not mad or angry with HGP.

I have been saving up for this "umbau" the last 3 years so I'm just a little bit excited.

Sorry to anyone who might have read my comments and thought this was negative.

I know it must sound crazy, but I have tried email, fax AND PHONECALLS!

No word from them the last 3-4 months.

I know Mr. Gräf doesn't like to speak english, which is quite funny, because when I was in Ohmden, he actually spoke english with me after a while. I was fortunate enough to have the guy from who I bought my R32 with me to translate my english into german. But after a while Mr. Gräf spoke German directly to me, which I understand most of, and I could reply to him in english.
The time HGP contacted me for my visit, Mr. Gräf had his wife call me on the phone and she spoke english.

ok, this is strange and I dont really know what to think about this behaviour.
you can answer my pn when you decided what to do.

but there is always another solution: dont spent your money on a HGP umbau if they dont wanna do buisness with you....
in know this isnt what you wanna hear....but....either there is a simple solution why they didnt answer or you keep your money. ;)
